Production Masterminds was founded in March 2023 by Brandon C. Ricks, who serves as Founder and Chief Creative Officer. Creative direction across the company draws on his 15+ years of work across marketing agencies, record labels, media companies, film production, nonprofits and faith based organizations. Sydney Boston serves as Production Manager. The operating belief behind the work is that creative ideas fail without structure.
